Terms of Use
These Terms are provided in English. If a translated version is made available, the English version will control to the extent permitted by law.
Effective Date: September 5, 2026
Version: 2026-09-05
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Off The Strip Tours website, services, self-guided experiences, digital content, and related features provided by Off The Strip Tours (“Off The Strip Tours,” “Off The Strip,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Off The Strip Tours, purchasing an experience, or using content made available through the platform, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the services.
1. About Off The Strip Tours
Off The Strip Tours provides self-guided travel experiences designed to help travelers discover local businesses, places, stories, attractions, neighborhoods, and experiences that may be outside the typical tourist path.
Experiences may include participating businesses, historical or cultural locations, entertainment venues, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, attractions, and other points of interest.
Off The Strip Tours is primarily a digital experience and information platform. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Off The Strip Tours does not operate, own, or control the independent businesses or locations featured in an experience.
2. Self-Guided Experiences
Off The Strip Tours experiences are self-guided.
There may be no tour guide, employee, representative, or Off The Strip Tours staff member physically accompanying you.
You are responsible for deciding when to begin an experience, how quickly to proceed, whether to visit a particular stop, and whether conditions are appropriate for you to continue.
Suggested stop order, timing, walking routes, driving routes, directions, descriptions, or other guidance are provided for convenience and may be changed or skipped by the customer when practical.
3. No Guarantee That a Location Will Be Available
Businesses and locations may change their hours, close temporarily or permanently, relocate, restrict admission, experience unexpected closures, reach capacity, hold private events, or otherwise become unavailable.
Off The Strip Tours does not guarantee that every location included in an experience will be open, accessible, available, or operating as expected when you arrive.
The temporary or permanent unavailability of an individual stop does not necessarily mean that the entire Off The Strip Tours experience is unavailable.
4. Customer Benefits and Offers
Some participating businesses may provide discounts, free items, special packages, exclusive benefits, or other offers to eligible Off The Strip Tours customers.
Offers may have restrictions, exclusions, minimum purchases, age requirements, dates, times, availability limits, redemption rules, or other conditions.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the applicable offer conditions before attempting redemption.
A participating business is responsible for honoring an offer it has approved with Off The Strip Tours, but Off The Strip Tours cannot guarantee that an individual employee or business will properly recognize or process an offer in every situation.
If a participating business refuses an offer that appears to be valid, customers may report the issue to Off The Strip Tours.
5. Businesses Are Independent
Businesses featured by Off The Strip Tours are independent businesses.
Their participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency relationship, or ownership relationship with Off The Strip Tours.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, Off The Strip Tours does not control the business's employees, products, services, prices, safety procedures, operating decisions, customer service, licensing, or day-to-day activities.
6. Transactions With Businesses
Purchases made directly from a participating business are transactions between you and that business.
The participating business is responsible for its own products, services, food, beverages, merchandise, admissions, activities, prices, taxes, charges, refunds, and customer-service issues related to those transactions.
Off The Strip Tours is not automatically a party to a transaction merely because a business was included in an Off The Strip Tours experience.
7. Paid Off The Strip Tours Experiences
Certain Off The Strip Tours experiences or digital access products may require payment.
The price, included access, and other purchase information will be presented before you complete the transaction.
When payment processing is offered, payment may be handled through a third-party payment processor.
Off The Strip Tours does not require customers to provide payment-card information directly to participating businesses merely to access an Off The Strip Tours digital experience unless a separate transaction with that business is being made.
8. Refunds and Digital Access
Because Off The Strip Tours experiences may include digital content and immediate access, refund eligibility may depend on whether the experience has already been accessed, used, redeemed, or otherwise consumed.
Any applicable refund conditions will be presented through the Off The Strip Tours Refund Policy, checkout process, purchase confirmation, or other purchase terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Submitting a refund request does not automatically guarantee a refund.
Where digital access has already been substantially used or a customer benefit has already been redeemed, refund eligibility may be limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or consumer right that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
9. Age-Restricted and Adult Experiences
Some Off The Strip Tours experiences or individual stops may involve businesses, activities, products, venues, or subject matter intended only for adults or for persons who meet a particular legal age requirement.
Examples may include bars, lounges, nightclubs, casinos, cannabis-related businesses, or other age-restricted venues.
Age labels or descriptions provided by Off The Strip Tours are informational. The participating business or venue determines its own admission requirements and may require government-issued identification.
Customers are responsible for determining whether an experience or location is appropriate for themselves and any members of their party.
10. Cannabis-Related Locations
Some Off The Strip Tours experiences may include information about legal cannabis-related businesses, locations, history, tourism, or culture.
Off The Strip Tours does not sell cannabis through the tour platform and does not encourage unlawful possession, purchase, transportation, or consumption of cannabis.
Cannabis laws and restrictions may vary by jurisdiction and may include age requirements, possession limits, restrictions on public consumption, transportation rules, and other requirements.
Customers are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to them.
Inclusion of a cannabis-related location does not constitute legal, medical, or safety advice.
11. User Safety and Personal Responsibility
You are responsible for your own safety while participating in a self-guided experience.
Use reasonable judgment regarding traffic, weather, sidewalks, crossings, neighborhoods, construction, crowds, transportation, personal property, physical ability, environmental conditions, and other circumstances.
Do not enter restricted areas, trespass, ignore posted signs, violate business rules, or place yourself or another person in danger in order to complete an experience.
If conditions appear unsafe, skip the stop, leave the area, or discontinue the experience.
12. Accessibility
Off The Strip Tours attempts to provide useful information about experiences and locations, but we do not guarantee that every route, business, sidewalk, entrance, restroom, attraction, or location will meet every customer's accessibility needs.
Accessibility may change without notice and is often controlled by the participating business, property owner, municipality, or other third party.
Customers with specific accessibility needs should verify important requirements directly with the applicable business or location when appropriate.
13. Accuracy of Information
Off The Strip Tours works to provide useful and reasonably accurate information, but travel and business information changes frequently.
Hours, addresses, prices, menus, offers, access conditions, business ownership, closures, contact information, descriptions, and other details may change.
We may correct, update, remove, or revise information when we discover that it is inaccurate or outdated.
We do not guarantee that every piece of information will always be complete, current, or error-free.
14. Maps and Third-Party Services
Off The Strip Tours may provide addresses, location information, suggested directions, or links that allow customers to open third-party mapping or navigation services such as Google Maps or Apple Maps.
Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and policies.
Off The Strip Tours does not control third-party map accuracy, routing, road conditions, traffic information, walking directions, transit schedules, or navigation results.
Customers should use their own judgment when following directions.
15. Intellectual Property
The Off The Strip Tours name, branding, website design, original written content, tour structure, experience organization, graphics, audio, narration, photographs owned by Off The Strip Tours, and other original materials may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property laws.
Participating businesses and third parties retain ownership of their respective names, trademarks, logos, photographs, videos, and other content.
Your purchase or use of an Off The Strip Tours experience gives you personal access to the experience. It does not transfer ownership of Off The Strip Tours intellectual property to you.
16. Acceptable Use
You may use Off The Strip Tours for lawful personal use.
You may not, without authorization:
- reproduce or resell paid Off The Strip Tours experiences;
- publicly distribute private or paid access links;
- scrape, copy, or systematically extract substantial portions of the platform for commercial use;
- interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to another customer's account or experience;
- misuse customer benefits, redemption systems, access credentials, or business offers;
- impersonate another person or business;
- use Off The Strip Tours for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, participating businesses, the platform, or our legal rights.
17. Availability of the Platform
Off The Strip Tours may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, internet problems, hosting issues, third-party service interruptions, technical failures, or other circumstances.
We may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.
18. No Guarantee of a Particular Experience
Travel is unpredictable.
The experience you have may differ from descriptions, photographs, expectations, previous customer experiences, or conditions that existed when an experience was created.
Off The Strip Tours does not guarantee that you will encounter particular people, crowds, events, entertainment, weather, atmosphere, products, inventory, wait times, customer service, or other conditions.
Descriptions and recommendations are intended to help you discover places and experiences, not to guarantee a particular personal outcome.
19. Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Off The Strip Tours is not responsible for the independent acts or omissions of participating businesses, property owners, venues, transportation providers, mapping providers, or other third parties.
Off The Strip Tours is also not responsible for losses or injuries caused by a customer's failure to follow applicable laws, posted rules, reasonable safety precautions, or these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
20. Privacy
Use of Off The Strip Tours may involve the collection and processing of information as described in the Off The Strip Tours Privacy Policy.
This may include information necessary to provide purchased access, customer support, site functionality, customer benefits, transaction-related communications, platform security, and other services described in that policy.
The Privacy Policy is separate from these Terms of Use and should be reviewed together with them.
21. Changes to These Terms
Off The Strip Tours may update these Terms as the platform, services, laws, or business practices change.
The current version and effective date will be posted on the website.
When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
Continued use of Off The Strip Tours after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
22. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or the use of Off The Strip Tours will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
The invalidity of one provision does not automatically invalidate the rest of these Terms.
