Business Partners and applicants may submit photographs, videos, logos, descriptions, and other content.

Submitted media may be stored using cloud-storage services and may be reviewed by authorized Off The Strip Tours administrators.

Approved business content may later be displayed to customers through Off The Strip Tours experiences, business pages, promotional materials, or other approved uses consistent with the Business Partner Terms.

Businesses should not submit media or information that they do not have the right or permission to provide.

5. Email Communications

Off The Strip Tours may send transactional emails related to:

  • Business Partner Applications;
  • application receipt;
  • application status;
  • requested changes;
  • approval or decline decisions;
  • secure Business Partner management links;

  • other operational communications.

Transactional Business Partner email is currently handled through a third-party email-delivery provider.

The current system does not operate a general marketing-email campaign pipeline.

6. Secure Links

Off The Strip Tours may provide secure links that allow Business Partners or customers to access particular information or functions without creating a traditional username-and-password account.

Secure links should be treated as confidential.

Do not forward a secure link unless Off The Strip Tours specifically instructs you to do so.

Secure-access credentials may expire or be replaced for security reasons.

Off The Strip Tours may store secure-access credentials in protected or hashed form rather than storing the original access token itself.

7. Purchases and Payment Information

When paid experiences are offered, Off The Strip Tours may collect information necessary to process or support the purchase, such as:

  • customer name;
  • email address;
  • mobile phone number;
  • purchase details;
  • transaction status;
  • access information.

Payment-card information may be collected and processed directly by a third-party payment processor such as Stripe.

Off The Strip Tours does not need to store full customer payment-card numbers in its own application database in order to use hosted Stripe checkout.

Payment functionality may depend on whether the applicable payment service is currently configured and available.

8. Customer Benefits and Redemption Information

Off The Strip Tours may collect information related to customer benefits and offer redemptions.

This may include information such as:

  • benefit views;
  • redemption activity;
  • stop interactions;
  • customer or purchase eligibility;
  • redemption status;
  • estimated customers sent to a participating business.

This information may be used to operate the benefit system, prevent misuse, evaluate participating businesses, improve experiences, and provide participating businesses with appropriate performance information.

9. How We May Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Off The Strip Tours.

These providers may include companies that provide:

  • website hosting;
  • databases;
  • cloud-media storage;
  • email delivery;
  • payment processing;
  • security infrastructure;
  • mapping or directions services;
  • technical operations.

Current infrastructure may include services such as Vercel, Neon, Vercel Blob, Resend, Stripe, Google Maps, and Apple Maps depending on the feature being used.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • comply with law;
  • respond to lawful legal process;
  • protect our rights or property;
  • investigate fraud or misuse;
  • protect customers, participating businesses, or others;
  • enforce applicable agreements.

We do not provide service providers with personal information merely so that they can independently market unrelated products to you.

10. Information Shared With Participating Businesses

Certain information may be shared with participating businesses when necessary to operate an Off The Strip Tours experience or customer benefit.

This may include information relating to:

  • benefit eligibility;
  • redemption;
  • customer traffic or estimated visits;
  • offer interactions;
  • aggregate performance;
  • customer feedback.

Participating businesses do not automatically receive unrestricted access to all personal information Off The Strip Tours may hold about a customer.

11. Business Information Displayed Publicly

Businesses applying to participate with Off The Strip Tours should understand that approved business information may become customer-facing.

Publicly displayed information may include:

  • business name;
  • address or location;
  • business category;
  • operating information;
  • approved photos or videos;
  • descriptions;
  • customer offers;
  • restrictions;
  • other information approved for publication.

Internal administrative information, private application-review information, secure-access credentials, and information specifically designated for internal use are not intended to be publicly displayed merely because the business participates.

12. Analytics and Cookies

Off The Strip Tours uses first-party functionality that may store cookies necessary or useful for operating the website.

Current cookies may include:

  • ots-language — remembers language preference;
  • ots-growth-attribution — records referral, campaign, business, or QR attribution when applicable;
  • ots-saved-customer — may store saved customer contact information when that feature is used;
  • ots-customer-access — supports access to purchased experiences;
  • ots-admin-session — supports authenticated administrative access.

Off The Strip Tours also records certain first-party product interactions, such as experience-stop views, directions requests, offer views, and redemptions.

These product events help operate and improve the service and are not currently being sent through third-party advertising analytics platforms.

You may be able to limit or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may prevent certain features from functioning correctly.

13. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for purposes such as:

  • providing services;
  • maintaining customer access;
  • administering Business Partner relationships;
  • maintaining records of agreements and approvals;
  • processing or documenting transactions;
  • preventing fraud or misuse;
  • resolving disputes;
  • satisfying legal, tax, accounting, operational, or security requirements.

Different categories of information may be retained for different periods.

Some secure Business Partner access grants are configured to expire after a limited period, while other records may need to be retained longer.

Because the current system does not establish a single retention period for every category of information, this Privacy Policy does not promise a universal deletion schedule.

14. Data Security

Off The Strip Tours uses reasonable technical and operational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Depending on the feature, these measures may include:

  • secure hosting;
  • authenticated administrative access;
  • private cloud storage;
  • hashed secure-access credentials;
  • limited-duration access links;
  • access controls;
  • encrypted network connections.

No website, database, or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers and Business Partners are also responsible for protecting access links, devices, email accounts, and other credentials under their control.

15. Children

Off The Strip Tours is primarily designed for travelers and individuals able to use the services appropriately.

Some experiences may be family-friendly, while others may contain adult subject matter or include locations with age restrictions.

Off The Strip Tours does not knowingly design its Business Partner Application or paid customer-account features for young children.

Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a particular experience is appropriate for a child in their care.

We do not claim that every public page is technically age-gated.

16. Privacy Choices

Depending on the feature you use, you may be able to:

  • choose whether to provide optional information;
  • control some cookies through your browser;
  • request corrections to information you submitted;
  • request updates to Business Partner information;
  • request that certain Business Partner content no longer be used in future materials, subject to applicable agreements and practical limitations;
  • contact Off The Strip Tours regarding privacy questions or requests.

Some information may need to be retained even after a request when reasonably necessary for legal, security, transaction, fraud-prevention, agreement-history, or operational purposes.

17. State and Other Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have privacy rights concerning your personal information.

These rights may include the right to request:

  • access to certain personal information;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of certain information;
  • information regarding certain uses or disclosures of information.

Not every right applies in every situation or jurisdiction.

We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

To make a privacy request, contact Off The Strip Tours using the information in Section 21.

18. Sale of Personal Information

Off The Strip Tours does not sell personal information for money.

Off The Strip Tours also does not currently operate third-party behavioral advertising pixels or advertising networks that use customer activity on Off The Strip Tours to serve targeted third-party advertisements.

If our practices materially change, this Privacy Policy may be updated as required.

19. Third-Party Websites and Services

Off The Strip Tours may link to or interact with third-party services, including:

  • participating business websites;
  • Google Maps;
  • Apple Maps;
  • payment processors;
  • social-media platforms;
  • other websites or services.

Third-party services have their own privacy policies and practices.

Off The Strip Tours does not control how an independent third party handles information once you choose to interact directly with that third party.

For example, directions may be handed off to Google Maps or Apple Maps using address information rather than through built-in device-location tracking by Off The Strip Tours.

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Off The Strip Tours may update this Privacy Policy as the platform, services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices change.

The current version will be posted on the Off The Strip Tours website with its effective date.

When appropriate, we may provide additional notice of material changes.
